Our office is open from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. If you have an emergency and need to be seen immediately, please contact our office and you will be given an appointment without delay.
Knowing that your time is important, we try our best to stay on schedule. However, on occasion emergency work-ins do occur. Your patience is appreciated in these situations.
Please note that you should allow 1-2 hours for an initial consultation. Should you find that you will be delayed for your appointment, please call ahead to alert us. In most cases, you should anticipate that both eyes will be dilated in order to complete a thorough exam. It is usually best to have a driver especially if a procedure is anticipated.

We are interested in limiting health-care costs. To assist us in this matter, please be prepared to pay co-payments and any other patient responsibility amounts at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Your claims will be submitted to your primary insurance carrier unless otherwise instructed. We are a Medicare-participating provider and participate in most HMO and PPO insurance plans. Furthermore, we participate in Idaho and Oregon Medicaid programs. For your convenience, we have listed below our participating health plans. Should you not see your insurance carrier listed, please call for clarification or updated information. If we do not participate with your insurance carrier, please be prepared to pay in full on the day of service.
